BE CAREFUL OF MISPLACED PRIORITIES! Today while teaching through another chapter of God’s Word I paused to answer a series of questions from our NextGeneration students. Bonnie & I are serving students in distance learning and remote classrooms in the USA, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, and several smaller island nations. Each one has some form of Covid regulation, mandate, or other laws that are troubling them. These students said: “Should we protest?” I said NO. They asked: “Should we resist?” I said RESIST SIN BUT DO WHAT GOD LEFT YOU HERE TO DO. We are to be pleasing God and making disciples for Jesus Christ. You can’t spend all your time trying to resist government mandates and still obey GOD’S MANDATE. I hope that this Q&A helps some of you with questions by letting you see the BIGGER picture of our calling until Christ comes to get us.
