Last night I was taping a remote training center class for a group of international students Bonnie & I have been teaching weekly, for the past ten months.
Most of them are missionaries, pastors, and Bible study group leaders. I was explaining Matthew 24, the Book of Revelation, Biblical Context, and the End of the World. It was such a blessing I cut out the second half of it to share with you. Praying for your hearts to be stirred today as you seek and follow Christ.
Jesusā Sorrow as He Describes the End of the World. Christās judgments come to those who are unwilling to come to Him (Matthew 23:37).
The chief characteristic of the End of Days and Christās most frequent warning isāto beware of all of Satanās forms of deception (Matthew 24:4-5, 11, 24).
As the End of Days Map–Jesus explained to His disciples (Mt. 24; Mk. 13; Lk. 21), Godās wrath against sin and love for lost sinners unfolds and is seen through the Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls. Matthew 24 has seven basic elements (that exactly outline the Book of Revelation):
1. Jesus explains that Satanās many Deceptions will GROW (Mt. 24:4-5, 11, 23-26). Rev. 6:1-2.
2. Jesus explains that Earthās Disasters will GROW (Mt. 24:6-8, 21-22). Rev. 6,8,9,14,16-18.
3. Jesus explains that the Persecution of Saints will GROW (Mt. 24:9-10). Rev. 6-19.
4. Jesus explains that the Darkness of Evil will GROW (Mt. 24:12-13). Rev. 6-19.
5. Jesus explains that even in these dangerous times the Spread of the Gospel will GROW (Mt. 24:14). Rev. 7,11,14,15.
6. Jesus explains that Satanās Plan to Visibly Rule the World through the Antichrist will GROW (Mt. 24:15-20). Rev. 6, 11, 13.
7. Jesus explains that God the Son will Return & End the Rule of Sin (Mt. 24:27-31). Rev. 19-22.
